AGE REQUIREMENTS - Gruene Reservations will not rent to any person under the age of 25. A responsible party, age 25 or older,
must be present on the property during the time of occupancy. This guest will be responsible for all charges, any rules violations and
all damages that may occur. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
GUEST CONDUCT - Each guest must abide by the Terms and Conditions. Nudity, profanity, firecrackers, loud music after 11 p.m.,
a police call, or a complaint by other guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
CLEANING FEE - A 10% fee is added to each reservation for cleaning services.
LINENS - Each condominium is fully furnished with linens, towels, bathroom amenities, pots, pans, appliances, dishwasing detergent,
soap, paper towels etc. Guests should leave beds unmade at departure.
SAFETY - Security is the responsibility of the Guests. Guests should insure that doors and windows are locked at all times.
Please closely monitor the use of all appliances.
WATER SAFETY - The swimming pool is unattended. Use it at your own risk. The river is not safe for swimming or diving.
Use local River Outfitters for tubing information and equipment.
PARKING - TWO PARKING SPOTS RESERVED PER UNIT. Parking passes are mandatory and must be placed on the dash of each
vehicle. Additional vehicles must be parked in public parking. Towing is enforced.
CANCELLATIONS - A $100 cancellation fee is assessed for reservations cancelled anytime after booking with Gruene Reservations.
If the Cancellation Notice is given 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit (minus $100) will be refunded.
There will be no refunds for shortened stays. Reservations are not contingent on conditions of area lakes and rivers.
CHECK IN TIME - 4:00 p.m.
CHECK OUT TIME - Noon.
NON-SMOKING - All units are SMOKE FREE.
PETS - No pets are allowed. Information about local kennels is available.
KEYS - You will be given an access code via email prior to your arrival.
This access code will allow you to unlock the door to your unit.
You will not check-in at an office. You will go directly to your unit.
